Dixon joined Propane Resources in 1997 as a financial consultant responsible for merger and acquisition intermediary services, business valuations, general consulting and development of financial planning models. Since joining the company, he has completed valuations on more than 250 retail propane companies and negotiated more than 60 sale transactions. He is also a regular contributor to industry publications and a frequent speaker at national and state industry events. He serves on the NPGA Executive Committee and the NPGA Board of Directors; he also acts as NPGA Services Section Chairman and is the President of the Alabama Propane Gas Association Board of Directors. Before joining Propane Resources, Dixon, who holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A., served in the banking and transportation industries. |
